Cancellation and Returns policy

Cancellation Policy
In case we received a cancellation notice while the order has not been shipped yet from our stores, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back  to you.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card has already been charged, then the charged amount will be reversed to your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

* Please note that under certain circumstances, we might  be compelled to cancel/not accept  some orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

Below Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled :

  • Errors in product or displayed pricing information 
  • Notification from fraud avoidance department
  • Limitations on available quantities for purchase
We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting and processing any order.
You shall be contacted by our customer care if all -or any- portion of your order is cancelled or if we require additional information to accept your order.

 

Returns Policy

  • If, for any reason, you are not at all happy with your purchase, we can gladly offer an exchange on all products returned to us within 7 working days of your receipt.
  • Products must be sent back in its original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.
  • Unfortunately, delivery costs to any returned item are non-refundable.
